Hi, I'm Cecilia.

Cecilia Bratt

I've been a COO, a CMO, a business coach, and educator. 15+ years of it. At Groupon Nordics, I led teams as COO through hypergrowth and learned something I keep coming back to: people with the right structure and support will surprise you every time.

Today, I coach and train leaders to build the skills and clarity they need for whatever comes next. I've coached and taught with Sting, Forte Labs and Hyper Island. I've evaluated thousands of companies and coached hundreds of leaders. Not from a textbook. From the seat next to them.
